Skiathos Island 1-2 September 2016
The EU project ISS-EWATUS has developed an Integrated Support System for Efficient Water Usage and Resource Management that includes a Decision Support module for EU water utilities at urban and household level, a social-media platform that promotes water-saving behavior and an adaptive pricing system. After almost 3 years of leading research, we cordially invite you to find out more about these new solutions and to see first-hand our results, along with the results of other “sister” projects that have been dealing with similar issues and have made important contributions in the “smart water” sector. The results of ISS-EWATUS and other ICT4WATER cluster projects will be presented during a 2-day event through a mix of presentations and demonstrations on 1-2 September 2016 in Skiathos Island, Greece.
The 2-day event will include technical presentations of our project and other cluster projects during the 1st day and a stakeholder workshop during the 2nd day, where invited speakers will be presenting and moderating stimulating discussions with other water utilities, mayors, industry, NGOs, associations, academics, etc. Various distinguished invited speakers will be present.
